eared E.D. Turner, H.P. Robinson and Harold B. Arnold,
who each being duly sworn, says:
  That he was well acquainted with John G. Nichols
and that he and the other affiants above named herein
were subscribing witnesses to the last Will and
testament of said John G. Nichols, dated the 18th
day of December, 1909, that the said last will and
testament aforesaid was signed by each of us
as such subscribing witnesses in the presence of
said John G. Nichols, the testator therein.
