John G. Nichols, Deceased }
Before me personally appeared Clarence
Vose Burrage, who, being by me first duly
sworn, says that John G. Nichols, late of the
County of Alachua, State of Florida, died on the
17th day of December, AD 1913, leaving a
last will and testament, and that the said
deponent was named therein as one of the
Executors thereof, that he will faithfully
Oath discharge the duties of Executor as afore-
said, well and truly perform the said last
will and testament as therein required, will
pay the just debts in which the said John
G. Nichols stood bound so far as the assets
will extend and the Law direct; render to said
file in the County Judge's Court of the County
of Alachua a just, true and perfect inven-
tory, and account of all and singular the
estate of the said John G. Nichols deceased,
located in Alachua County, State of Florida, and
of his administration thereof when thereunto
required.
