                Alachua County Florida.
In Re The Estate of       }
John G. Nichols, Deceased }
     Before me personally appeared Henry F.
Dutton, who, being by me first duly sworn,
says that John G. Nichols, late of the County
of Alachua, State of Florida, died on the 17th
day of December AD 1913, leaving a last will
and testament, and that the said deponent
was named therein as one of the Executors
thereof, that he will faithfully discharge
the duties of Executor aforesaid, well and truly
perform the said last will and testament as
therein required, will pay the just debts in
which the said John G. Nichols stood bound
so far as the assets will extend and the Law
direct; render to and file in the County Judge's
Court of the County of Alachua a just true
and perfect inventory and account of all
and singular the estate of the said John G.
Nichols deceased, located in Alachua County
State of Florida, and of his administration
thereof when thereunto required.
