To The Honorable The Judge of The Probate
Court In and for the County of Suffock:
Respectfully represents Henry T. Dutton of Gain-
esville, Florida and Clarence Vose Burrage of
Warpole in the County of Norfolk that John
G. Nichols, retired, who last dwelt in Gaines-
ville, Florida died on the seventeenth day of
December in the year of our Lord one thousand
nine hundred and thirteen possessed of goods and
estate remaining to be administered, leaving as
his only heirs-at-law, and next of kin, the persons
whose names, residences and relationship to the
deceased are as follows, viz:

That a large part of said goods and estate are in
this Commonwealth and said County of Suffock and
all persons benefited by the will are in this
Commonwealth and join herein in asking for
original probate in said County of Suffock.
  That said deceased left a will herewith pre-
sented, wherein your petitioners are with Sarah
Vose Nichols now deceased named executors
and wherein the testator has requested that your
petitioner be exempt from giving a surety on
their bond.
  Wherefore your petitioners pray that said
will may be proved and letters testamentary issued
to them, without giving a surety on their official
bonds, and certify that the statements herein
contained are true to the best of their knowledge
and belief.
