Suffock ss. Probate Court
To the heirs-at-law, next of kin and all other
persons interested in the estate of John G. Nichols
late of Gainesville in the State of Florida, deceased,
estate in said Suffock County.
Whereas, a certain instrument purporting to
be the last will and testament of said deceased
has been presented to said Court for Probate by
Henry F. Dutton of said Gainesville, and Clarence
Vose Burrage of Warpole, in the County of Norfolk
who prays that letters testamentary may be issued
to them, two of the executors therein named,
official
without giving a surety on their^bonds; the other
executor named therein deceased.
Your are hereby cited to appear at a Probate
Court, to be held at Boston, in said County of Suffock,
on the twenty-second day of January AD 1914, at ten
o'clock in the forenoon, to show cause if any you
have, why the same should not be granted.
And said petitioners are hereby directed to give public
notice thereof, by publishing this citation once each
week for three successive weeks, in the Boston
Daily Advertiser a newspaper published in said
Boston, the last publication to be one day at least,
before said Court, and by mailing post paid or deliver-
ing a copy of this Citation to all know persons
interested in the estate, seven days at least before
said Court.
