I have received the above Citation as therein
ordered by publishing and mailing to the
persons except those who have assented.
                    Lincoln Bryant
Suffock, ss, January 22nd A.D. 1914, Then
personally appeared Lincoln Bryant and
made oath that the above return by him
subscribed is true,
   Before me Arthur W. Dolan Justice of the Peace

      Commonwealth of Massachusetts
Suffock, ss.    At Probate Court holden at Boston,
in and for said County of Suffock, on the twenty-second day
of January in the year of our Lord one thousand, nine
hundred and fourteen.
On the petition of Henry F. Dutton of Gainesville, Florida
and Clarence Vose Burrage of Warpole in the County of Norfolk
praying that the instrument therewith presents, purport-
ing to be the last will and testament of John G. Nichols
late of said Gainesville deceased leaving estate in said
County of Suffock may be proved and allowed and letters
testamentary issued to them two of the executors there-
in named: without giving a surety on their bonds the
other executor named having deceased, and the heirs-
at-law and all other persons interested, having been
notified, according to the order of Court, to show
cause, if any they have, against the same; and no
party objection thereto, and it appearing that the
next of kin has requested in writing that said
instrument be allowed without taking the testi-
mony of any of the attesting witnesses thereto and that
said petitioners are competent persons to be appointed
to said trust;
  It is Therefore Decreed that said instrument be allowed
and approved as the last will and testament of said deceased,
and letters testamentary be issued to said petitioner, they
first giving bonds without sureties for the due perform-
ance of said trust.
