To the said Court;
  The petition of Herman Pfund of the City of
Madison County of Dane, State of Wisconsin,
respectfully represents and shows:
  That Rachel Hudson a resident of the City of
Madison County of Dane, State of Wisconsin,
died testate on or about the 15th day of April
1912, at the City of Madison in the County of
Dane, State of Wisconsin, as your petitioner
is informed and believes-
  That the instrument in writing bearing date
the 3d day of November 1906 and the instrument
in writing bearing the 19th day of September
1911 herewith presented to the Court are the last
Will and Testament of said Rachel Hudson deceased
as your petitioner believes.
  That your petitioner is the identical person
named and appointed in and by said Last Will and
Testament, Executor thereof
  That said deceased at the time of her death
owned Real Estate in Dane County, of the value
of Seventeen thousand Dollars and personal
Estate of the value of fifty-four thousand Dollars,
as Petitioner believes, That the amount of the
indebtedness of said deceased in probably One
hundred fifty Dollars
  The following are the heirs-at-law of said deceased,
their degree of relationship, their places of residence,
and the age of such as are minors, as petitioner is
informed and believes, viz:
  John E. Hudson, her son, residing at Gainesville,
Alachua County Florida,
Fred G. Hudson, her son, residing at Wausau, Wisconsin
