Wisconsin.
Flora Belle Henderson-Mahan her daughter, resid-
ing at Madison, Wisconsin - all of full age.
  Your petitioner therefore prays that a day
may be appointed for hearing the proofs of
said last will and testament and that notice thereof
be given, pursuant to the statute in such case
made and provided, and that upon the prov-
ing and allowing of said last will and testament,
and the giving and approving of a sufficient bond,
as required by law Letters Testamentry be issued
to him, your petitioner and that such further
proceedings he had as shall be necessary to admin-
ister and settle said estate, in accordance with
law, and the provision of said last will and
testament of said deceased.
