aforesaid and appurtenances and easement thereto
belonging, which my son Charles H. Hudson
and I, myself own to-gether and which real estate
was conveyed to him and me by Albert Steffen
and wife Regina by their certain warranty deed
recorded in the office of said Register of Deeds
in Volume 193 of Deeds on page 420, where
the same is more particularly described; to
have and to hold the same in common with
said Charles H. Hudson her brother to herself,
her heirs, and assigns in fee simple absolutely
and forever.
Fourth:- I give and devise unto my son
John E. Hudson all my lands and real estate in
Florida, being lot number Eight (8) in Block
number two (2), Range Two (2) in Doig and
Robinsons Addition to Gainesville Alachua
County, Florida according to the recorded plat,
conveyed to me by John W. Hudson, my husband,
now deceased, by his certain deed recorded in
the office of the Register of Deeds for said Alachua
County in Volume 49 of Deeds on page 249 and 250;
to have and to hold the same to himself his heirs
and assigns in fee simple, absolutely and forever.
  Fifth:- All the devisees hereinafter mentioned
shall have possession of the lands and tenements
hereinbefore devised to them, respectively, from
the date of my decease and be entitled to the
rents and profits thereof from said date.
  Sixth:- I give and devise all and singular
my right, title, and interest in and to a certain
mining claim in Huerfano County, Colorado,
unto my three sons Fred L. Hudson, Charles
H. Hudson, and John E. Hudson in equal shares
