Ninth:- I give and bequeath unto my brother
Orra B. Garrison the sum of Five Hundred ($500)
dollars; or in case of his death before mine
then to his children in equal shares, share and
share alike.
Tenth:- I give and bequeath unto my brother-
in-law Elijah Hudson Five Hundred ($500) dollars,
or in case of his death before mine, then to
his children in equal shares, share and share alike.
Eleventh:- I give and bequeath to the Trustees
of the First Baptist Church of the City of Madison
aforesaid One Hundred ($100.00) dollars for the
purpose of aiding said Church in building a
parsonage and to be applied to such purpose;
or if such parsonage shall then be already built
and paid for, to be expended by them for the
benefit of said church and congregation in
such other way as shall to them seem best.
Twelfth:- I give and bequeath unto Mae Patter-
son who formerly lived in our family, Two Hun-
dred ($200) dollars; or in case of her death before
mine, then to her children in equal shares,
share and share alike.
Thirteenth:- I give and bequeath unto my
two sons Fred L. Hudson and Charles H. Hudson
one undivided third, being two thirds in the 
aggregate, of my right, title and interest in and
to all singular the shares of stock of the Madison
Land and Improvement Company, all of Madison
Wisconsin, in which I own or hold any interest;
also all of the mining stock which I shall or
may own at the time of my decease.
Fourteenth:- I further make the following bequests,
to-wit: I give and bequeath
