Hudson, his heirs and assigns.
   Sixteenth:-  After the payment of my
just debts, funeral expenses and expenses
of administration I give, devise and bequeath
all the rest, residue and remainder of my
estate and property, real and personal, not
hereinbefore disposed of, including my shares
of stock in the Capital City Bank of Madison,
Wisconsin and in the First National Bank
of Wausau, Wisconsin, which are hereby and
herein bequeathed in undivided fourths, to the
several legatees hereinbefore named unto my
children as follows, to-wit.
  a.  Unto my daughter Flora Belle Hudson -
Mahan one fourth (1/4) part or portion thereof,
  b.  Unto my son Fred L. Hudson one fourth
(1/4) part or portion thereof:
  c.  Unto my son Charles H. Hudson one fourth
(1/4) part or portion thereof;
To have and to hold the same to them, their
heirs and assigns in fee simple absolutely and
forever.
  d.  And unto my son Charles H. Hudson one
fourth (1/4) part or portion thereof, to have and to
hold the same in trust for his brothers John
E. Hudson and Fred L. Hudson and for himself the
same as the estate and property hereinbefore
devised and bequeathed to him in trust; and
subject to such trust I give, devise and bequeath
such fourth part or portion so held in trust

as aforesaid unto my said ^ sons Fred L. Hudson
and Charles H. Hudson in equal shares or portions,
share and share alike, to have and to hold the same
upon the death of said John E. Hudson to them
