since making my said will and testament,
and all of the land or lot on which the
same is built, without order of Court, at
public or private sale, in his discretion, and at
such price and upon such terms as he,
said executor, shall deem to the best interest of
all parties concerned; and I hereby authorize
and empower him said executor, so to sell and
convey the same and give as good title thereto
and as fully and completely as I could do,
were I living, and I hereby give and bequeath
the net proceeds and avails such sale to my
four children John E. Hudson, Fred L. Hudson,
Charles H. Hudson and Flora Belle Hudson-Mahan
in equal share or portions, share and share 
alike. Said lands and real estate are parts of
lots numbered Two (2) and Three (3) in Block
number three (3) at Mendota Beach Sub-
division in the Town of Madison, Dane County,
Wisconsin, more particularly described in
the deed thereof recorded in the Registry of
Deeds for said Dane County in Volume 220
of Deeds on page 559.
  Fourth:- In all other respects I hereby confirm
and republish my said last Will and Testament.
