         Be it remembered, That on the
day of the date hereof, the foregoing annexed
written instruments the last Will and Testament
of Rachel Hudson deceased late of the City of
Madison, county of Dane, State of Wisconsin,
bearing date the 3d day of November 1906 and the
19th day of September 1911, respectively, were duly
proved before and allowed and admitted to
probate, by the County Court of the county of
Dane, State of Wisconsin, as and for the Last
Will and Testament of the said Rachel Hudson
deceased, which said Last Will and Testament
and the order allowing and admitting the same
to probate are recorded in the Record Books
of said Court.
