  An instrument in writing bearing date the
3d day of November, 1906 and an instrument bearing
date the 19th day of September, 1911 and purporting
to be the Last Will and Testament of Rachel Hudson
of the City of Madison in said County, having
been delivered with into said Court on the 30th day
of April, 1912.
And, on petition of Herman Pfund, an order
having been made by said Court on the 30th
day of April 1912 appointing a time and place
for taking proof of said instruments:
  And said petition and said instrument having
been this day brought on for hearing and proof, at
the time and place so appointed therefor; And
it appearing by due proof filed in said Court
that due notice at the time and place so appointed
has been given as required by law and said order.
  And no person appearing to contest the Probate
of said instrument and the same having been duly
proved by testimony of J.W. Hobbins one of the
subscribing witnesses thereto, by which testimony
it appears, that the said instruments were
signed by the said Rachel Hudson and attested and
subscribed in her presence by two competent
witnesses, in the presence of each other and was
executed in all particulars as required by law
and that the said Rachel Hudson was of sound
mind at the time of the execution thereof.
