  I, Jared McIrvin of the County of Livingston
in the State of Missouri, do make, publish
and declare this, my Last Will and Testament:
hereby revoking all former wills made by me
  I give to my son John Emmett McIrvin
Six Hundred Dollars.
  I give to my Grandson, Charles T. Richardson
One Thousand Dollars, to be paid to him out
of my estate when he arrives at the age of
twenty-one years, and my wife Mary E. McIrvin
is to have the use of Said one thousand dollars
until said Charles T. Richardson becomes of age.
  I give to my son Jasper M. McIrvin, one
Dollar and no more, having heretofore made
suitable provisions for him.
* I give my daughter Nancy Jane Patch
Four Hundred Dollars.
  I give to my Grandson, Mac Singleton,
One Dollar and no more, having heretofore
made suitable provisions for him.
  My Daughter May E. Marchent, having died
without issue and I having before her death
made suitable provisions for her, I give her
nothing
  I give my son Frank McIrvin, one Dollar
and no more, being satisfied that his Mother
will provide well for him.
  I give to my wife Mary E. McIrvin all
the remainder of my estate, real personal and
mixed, and I hereby name the said Mary
E. McIrvin as my Executrix, and I hereby
direct that she shall not be required to
give any Bond as such Executrix.
  Witness my hand and Seal this 27th day of December

* I give my son William C. McIrvin One Dollar and no more
  having heretofore made suitable provisions for him.
