Mo. and his partner, if any he have as
her Attorney in all matters pertaining to
my Estate, and in the Collection of all
claims due to me and in defending
all suits that may be brought against
her or the estate: and I hereby request
the said Clark and his partner, if any
he have to act as such Attorney.

admitted to Probate and filed, settlement made and Executrix
discharged and estate fully closed, That the said Court
is a Court of Record That I am the custodian of the record and
of the seal of said Court, and that my signature hereto is Genuine
