In the Name of God: Amen
     I James Harrison Sanders being of sound
mind and memory, and considering the uncertainty
of this frail and transitory life, do therefore make
ordain, publish and declare this to be my
last Will and Testament, that is to say:
First:  After all my lawful debts are paid
and discharged, I give and bequeath James
Leon Sanders, Five Dollars in Cash, Alma
Chastain, Five Dollars in Cash, Delma Sanders
Five Dollars in Cash --
The balance of my property Shall be equally
divided between my two daughters, Mrs.
Ophelia Wilson, and Mrs. Lillie A. Mooney after
my death -
   Likewise I make, Constitute and appoint George
Wilson, W.G. Stalvey to be my Executors of this
my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all
former Wills by me made.
In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto subscribed
my name and affixed my seal the 10 day
of March in the Year of Our Lord one
thousand nine hundred and fourteen - 1914. -
