==============================================================
The Last Will and Testament of Leroy N. Pearce.
In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of
the Holy Ghost: Amen:
I Leroy N. Pearce a citizen and resident
of the town of Alachua, in Alachua County
Florida, do make this my last Will and
testament.
1st - I give, devise and bequeath unto my dear
wife Bettie R. Pearce in trust for herself and
our children, Leroy N. Pearce, Jr. and such
other child or Children as may be born unto us,
share and share alike, all of my estate and
property, real, personal and mixed, of every
nature and character whatsoever and where
ever situated, with full power of Sale, or
substitution, and without bond. This trust
to terminate when all of my children Shall
have become of age and then the property
to be divided share and share alike, between
my said wife and the said Children, or their
heirs or Assigns. The interest devised to my
wife to be in lieu of her dower interest
in my estate.
2nd: I nominate and appoint my wife
Bettie R. Pearce as Executrix of this my last
will, with full power and authority to sell
and convey any part of my estate and
property, according to her best Judgment,
at public or private Sale, and without the
order of any Court or Judge.
It is my further will and desire that my Said
Executrix should not be required to give Bond,
and that She Should not be required to make
an appraisement of my property, nor make
any account of the estate.
