3rd It is my further will and desire, and
I So direct, that in the event of the death
of my Said wife before my children or
either of them shall have attained the
age of twenty-one (21) years, that
           be appointed as Executor of this
will, with full power of Sale, without the
order or intervention of any Court or
Judge, and without Bond: and I further
name and appoint him, the Said Geo W.
Hyde, in the event, as Trustee for such
child or children, as may survive my said
wife, the said Bettie R. Pearce, with full power
of Sale, and without Bond: Said trust to terminate
when all of said Children shall have attained
the age of twenty-one (21) years,
In Witness Whereof, I have signed, sealed, published
and declared this instrument as my will, at
Alachua, in Alachua County, Florida, on this 16th
day of April AD 1902.

The said Leroy N. Pearce, at Alachua in Alachua
County, Florida on the 16th day of April A.D. 1902,
signed and sealed this instrument, and published and
declared the same as and for his will, and we
at his request, and in his present, and in the
presence of each other have hereunto written our
names as subscribing witnesses hereto.

I hereby substitute him in place of Geo W. Hyde in the
