   Last Will and Testament of Solomon Warren
In the name of God. Amen.
   I Solomon Warren of the City of
Gainesville, Alachua County, Florida
being of sound mind, memory and
understanding: desirous to make dis-
position of my worldly affairs, and
the uncertainty of this transitory life
do make and publish this my last
Will and testament, in the manner
following to wit:
  First, and principally I commit my
Soul to God who gave it and my body
to be interred at the direction of my Executor
hereinafter named.
Second, It is my will and I so direct
that all my just debts and funeral expenses
shall be first paid.
Third: It is my will and I so desire and
devise and bequeath unto Mary Lee Traxler
(wife of W.H. Traxler) and unto Frank B. Dell
All and singular all of both my real and personal
property of every description and Kind which
I may posess at the time of my death share
and share alike.
Fourth: I hereby name constitute and appoint
W.H. Traxler as sole Executor of this my last
Will and testament, having full faith & con-
fidance in the said W.H. Traxler, I direct that
he shall enter into the performance and discharge
of his duties as Executor immediately without
the giving of any bond or security as such
executor of this my last Will and Testament

I have hereunto set my hand and affixed
