Copy of Will
I, Wilbur Fisk Rice, of Hillsborough
County, State of Florida, being of sound
mind and memory do make and publish
this my last will and testament hereby revoking
all former wills by me at any time heretofore
made.
 I direct my just debts and funeral expenses
to be paid as soon as practicable after my
death.
 I give devise and bequeath to my oldest
son, Thomas Donnelly Rice, one hundred Dollars.
 I give devise and bequeath to my second
son Wilbur Calhoun Rice one hundred dollars.
 I give devise and bequeath to my daughter Lucy
Rice, one hundred dollars.
 I give devise and bequeath to my beloved Wife
Emma Jane Rice all the residue of my property
both real and personal wherever situated.
 It is my will and desire that my said beloved
wife allow my sisters Fanny, Addie and Lucy Rice
the use of the farm on which they now reside
and occupy situated in the County of Randolph
State of North Carolina, provided that when
they cease to reside on and occupy said farm
it shall be the property of my said wife
Emma Jane Rice.
 I hereby constitute and appoint my said
wife, Emma Jane Rice, to be the Executor
of this my last Will and Testament requesting that
she be required to furnish no security on her bond
In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand
Eighteenth (18th day of September A.D. 1901.
