                 Know all men by these presents That I,
              Caroline Price (Widow) of Duval County, Florida
              do make and publish this as and for my last
Certified     Will and testament:
Copy of          I devise and bequeath all my property and
Will          estate to my Grandson Eugene Price Barrett
                 And I do hereby appoint my Cousin Frederick
              W. King Guardian and Trustee for my said
              grandson, with full authority to receive and
              hold my estate and to use and disburse the
              same, for the benefit of my said grandson
              and direct him to use and disburse the same,
              for the benefit of my said Grandson, and direct
              him to use and disburse from time to time
              so much of my estate as he shall deem
              wisest and best for the maintenance, education
              and support of my said grandson until
              he shall attain the age of twenty-one years
              at which time all that is left of my estate
              shall be turned over and delivered by the
              said Frederick W. King, to my said grandson
              In Witness Whereof I have hereunto signed my
              name this 10th day of December A.D. 1908.

              This is to certify that we witnessed the signing of
Endorsed      the foregoing will by Caroline Price who is
Filed April   known to us to be the identical person described
19th, 1915    therein and that we in her presence and in the
H.B. Phillips presence of each other saw her sign her
County Judge  name thereto and signed our names hereto as
By A.M. Wolf  witnesses in her presence and in the presence of
Clerk         each other this Dec 10, 1908.
