         State of Florida
         County of Alachua

=Will=       I, William P. Boulware of Orange
         Heights, Alachua County Florida being of
         sound mind make my last Will and
         testament, as follows:
         1st  I appoint J.H. Dyess, of Campville
         Alachua County Florida, as Administrator
         over my property.
         2nd I want all my debts and legal
         obligations paid
         3rd I want H.J. Ward to have a
           deed for (20) twenty acres of land adjoining
         her land
         4th I want the balance of my land divided
         equally between my sister Mrs. Sallie Lumpkin
         and her three children, Miss Sarah Lumpkin William
         Lumpkin and Phillip Lumpkin and Deeds
         placed in Bank to be delivered when Phillip
         becomes twenty one years old.
         5th I want my life Insurance policy and
         other cash equally divided among the four
         heirs above mentioned and to be placed
         in the Bank at Compound interest to be
         divided when Philip becomes twenty one years
         old
         6th I want Mr. C.P. Lawrance, to have the
         90 acre tract of land, west of the S.A.L. Rail-
         road for the amount I am due him.
