Will      In the name of God, Amen:
         I, D.C. Hart of the town of Micanopy in the
         County of Alachua and State of Florida being
         of sound mind and memory and considering
         the uncertainty of life, do hereby make ordain
         publish and declare this to be my last Will
         and testament, that is to say:
         First: After all my lawful debts are paid and
         discharged and the expense of my funeral
         shall have been paid the residue of my
         personal property of any kind whatsoever
         I bequeath to my beloved wife Delphia Hart
         In Witness Whereof I have hereunto subscribed
         my name and affixed my seal this 15th
         day of December A.D. 1914

         The above instrument was subscribed by the above
-------  named D.C. Hart in our presence and acknowledged
$400 Pd by him to each of us and at the same time
-------  he published and declared the said instrument
         to be his last Will and testament
