         Suffolk - so                       Registry of Probate
             I, Arthur M. Dolan, Register of the probate
         Court in and for the County of Suffolk, having
         by law the custody of the seal and all the
         Records, books, documents and papers of and
         appertaining to said Court, hereby certify the
         papers hereto annexed to be true copies of papers
         appertaining to said Court, and on file or of record,
         in the office of said Court, to wit: the last
         will and testament of James B. Bell, late of
         Boston, in said County, deceased - the petition
         to said Court for the probate of said will - the
         order of notice on said petition - the appointment
         of Warren W. Hart as Guardian Ad Litem for
         Samuel Robinson Bell - the decree of said Court
         admitting said will to probate - the Bond given
         to said Court by the Executor of said Will -
         and the Letters Testimony issued to said Executor,
          And I further certify that said will was duly
         proved and allowed agreeably to the laws and usages
         of the said Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
         In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand
