                   James B. Bell
==========================================================
= Will = I, James B. Bell, of Boston in the County of
Suffolk and Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Physician
do make, publish and declare this my last will and,
testament, hereby revoking any and all wills by me
          at any time heretofore made.
First I direct the payment of such debts, if any,
as may be due from me, and of all proper
          Charges on my estate
Second: I give to my daughter Florence Bell
Dillingham, Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000): to my
grandson William Pitt Dillingham, Five Thousand
Dollars ($5,000), and to my grand-daughter Pauline
Bell Dillingham, Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000),
Third: I give to the Trustees for the time being
hereunder Three thousand Dollars ($3,000) to Keep the
same suitably invested and to apply so much
of the net income thereof, and in case of need
so much of the principal, as the Trustees for the
time being shall deem necessary for the comfortable
support and maintenance of my sister Charlotte A.
Bell, if she survives me. Such application from
this fund is to be made only in case the
income from my sisters property should at
any time prove inadequate to her needs, of
which the Trustees for the time being are to Judge.
So much of the income as may at any time
during my sisters life not be needed for my sisters
comfort is to be added to the principal: and at
the decease of my said sister so much as may
remain of the said fund and any income
therefrom needed for the above purpose is to fall
into and become part of the residue of my
estate and be disposed of accordingly.
