At a Probate Court holden at Boston, in said
County, on the 8th day of October, in the year of our
lord one thousand nine hundred and fourteen.
Whereas, in the Matter of the Probate of the Will
of James B. Bell late of Boston in said County
of Suffolk, deceased, it appears that Samuel
Robinson Bell of said Boston is an Insane
Person and interested in said Case and
has no legal Guardian, therefore Warren W. Hart
of Boston in the County of Suffolk is hereby
appointed to act as Guardian Ad Litem or
next friend for such person to represent his interest
in said Case.
