     I Arthur M. Dolan Register of the probate
Court in and for said county of Suffolk, hereby
certify that at a probate Court holden at Boston,
in and for said county on the 29th day of July in
the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred
and fifteen, Pitt Dillingham and Arthur L. Howard
were appointed Trustees of the estate given in trust
for the benefit of Samuel Robinson Bell and for
other purposes under the will of James B. Bell
late of said Boston, and gave Bonds on September 2nd
A.D. 1915 to the acceptance of the Judge of said Court,
for the due performance of said trust according to
law, I also certify that it does not appear by
the Records and files of said Court that said trust
has been revoked.
In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand
and the seal of said Court, this third day of September
in the year of our lord one thousand nine hundred
and fifteen
