         In the name of God, Amen.
         I, Emma Avera of Gainesville, Alachua County,
Will  State of Florida being of good health, sound mind
      and disposing memory, and realizing the uncertainty
      of this frail and Transitory life, do hereby make,
      publish, ordain and declare this my last Will and 
      Testament, hereby revoking all other and former wills
      and codicils by me made
         I order and direct that after the payment of
      all the expenses of my last illness, funeral ex-
      penses and all my Just debts and demands, the
      remainder of my estate be disposed of as follows
      to wit:
         I hereby give, devise and bequeath to my son
      L.A. Avera, All the land which I own in Gainesville
      Florida, together with the tenements and hereditaments
      thereunto belonging, said land situated on University
      Avenue, in Gainesville, Alachua County, Florida.
      In the event that my son L.A. Avera should
      not be living at the time of my death, it is
      my desire, and I do hereby give, devise and bequeath
      the property which I have given to him, to my
      daughter-in-law, Ella E. Avera, the wife of my said
      son L.A. Avera
         In Consideration of my having heretofore
      deeded to my son J.H. Avera Jr one-third of the
      Block which I formerly owned, and one-third of
      said Block to my son W.W. Avera, I do by this
      Last Will and Testament give, devise and bequeath to
      my son L.A. Avera the one third part remaining
      as above set forth.
         In view of the fact that the property heretofore
      given to W.W. Avera is not a corner lot, I give
      devise and bequeath to my son, the said W.W. Avera
      the sum of two hundred ($20000) dollars.
