I hereby give, devise and bequeath to my Son
J.H. Avera Jr. the Sum of Twenty five ($2500) dollars
It is my will that if my Grandaughter, Beatrice
Avera Taylor, be living at the time of my
Will death, that she have my household effects and
I do hereby bequeath to her, the said Beatrice Avera
Taylor my house hold effects excepting thereupon my
wardrobe, which I give, devise and bequeath to my
daughter-in-law Mrs W.W. Avera.
All the residue of my property both real,
personal and mixed, I hereby give devise and
bequeath to my son L.A. Avera
In testimony Whereof, I, the said Emma Avera
have hereunto set my hand and seal to the
above typewritten instrument, and hereby
publish and declare the same to be my
last will and testament, this 13th day of
March, A.D. 1913.

Then and there signed, sealed, published and
delivered by the said Emma Avera as her last
will and testament, in the presence of us, who,
at her request, and in her presence and in
the presence of each other, have hereby subscribed our
names as witnesses, and written opposite our
names our places of residence.
