In Court of County Judge, Duval County State of Florida
Estate of Warren K. Bartleson, deceased
By the County Judge of said County: The said Last
Will and Testament having been duly established by the
sworn testimony of L.R. Taylor one of the subscribing and
attesting witnesses thereto, as being the true last Will and
                                            no 
testament of the said Warren K. Bartleson and^objection
being made to the probate thereof and it appearing to
the County Judge of said County by due proof that
the said Warren K. Bartleson Died on the 22nd day of February
A.D. 1913.
It is therefor ordered, adjudged and decreed, that the said
last Will and testament bearing date August 1st A.D.
1903 and attested by C.H. Hargraves, L.R. Taylor and
L.A. Carver, as subscribing witnesses thereto be, and the same
is hereby admitted to probate according to law as and
for the true last will and testament of said Warren K.
Bartleson, deceased, and that the same, with the proof thereof
be duly recorded in the Book of Wills
Given under my hand and seal at Jacksonville, in said
County, this 26th day of February A.D. 1913.
