Nathan H. Daniels

       Be it remembered, that I, Nathan H. Daniels
       of Bedford, in the County of Middlesex and
       Commonwealth of Massachusetts, do make my
Will   last Will thus, hereby revoking all former
       Wills by me at any time made:-
       First: I direct my executors to pay all
       my Just debts and funeral expenses and
       legacies as soon as may be after my decease
       Second: I give and bequeath to my son
       Nathan Hagar Daniels, my pistols, canes, the
       sword that belonged to my father, my two
       gold watches, my long gold neck chain, my
       rings and all my Jewelry, all mu Mineral
       and other specimens and curiosities, a Mahogany
       secretary, now and usually standing in my
       bed-chamber at my house in Bedford in
       the County of Middlesex, my entire library
       and Books of every Kind, all my desks and
       Book cases, wherever they may be and whether
       Containing books at my decease or not and all
       my small tools.
       Third:  I give devise and bequeath to my beloved
       wife, Abby Jane, the use of all my real estate
       in said Bedford and also the use of all the personal
       property commonly used in Connection therewith
       excepting those Articles hereinbefore specifically
       bequeathed, provided she shall personally occupy
       the said real estate the same, and during her absences
       if any, Keeping a caretaker in the farm house
       who shall be acceptable from time to time to the
       trustees,

       under the residuary clause of this Will and at
       her death or remarriage, or if she shall cease
       to occupy said premises personally
