       receipts for such taxes and assessments:
Will   and at her decease or re-marriage, or when
       she no longer desires to occupy said premises
       herself, or shall neglect or fail to pay said
       taxes and assessments when payable, or if she
       should refuse after written demand to pay for
       and deliver over to said trustees such policy
       or policies or receipts, whichever of said events
       shall first occur, and the said real estate shall
       thereupon sink into and become a part of the
       residue of my estate.
       Fifth: I give to the following named persons
       the amount set against their respective names:-
       a. To my Grandson, Howard Bigelow Daniels, Five
       thousand dollars ($5,000).
       B. To my Grand daughter Isabella Barker Daniels, Five
       Thousand Dollars ($5,000).
           To these my Dear grand-children, I give these sums
       not so much in the nature of or for a simple
       bequest, as for a token and assurance of my
       great love for them, and while I do not give
       them the share of my estate that would mutually
       have fallen to their father my dearly beloved son
       it is simply and only because they are simply
       provided for from the estate of their said father.

       Daniels, widow of my said son Howard B.
       Daniels if she survive Me and if she has
       remained un-married since the death of my
       said son Howard B. Daniels, Five thousand
       dollars ($5,000).
       Sixth: I give and bequeath to Frances
       C. Mulch of Boston in the County of Suffolk
       and to my son Nathan Hager Daniels and
       to the survivors their and his heirs and
