Assigns, the sum of Five thousand dollars ($5000)
but in trust, nevertheless to and for the following
uses, interests and purposes, viz: to pay from the net
income thereof or from the principal thereof
if the net income is not sufficient, the yearly
Sum of two hundred Dollars in equal quarter
yearly payments to my said sister in Law, Lettitia
Ann Powell until her death or remarriage,
whichever of said events shall first occur
the first payment to be made at the expiration
of three months from and after the date of my
decease and there shall be no apportionment
of said Annuity at the date of her death or remarriage
and upon her death or remarriage the principal
of said fund shall sink into and become a part of
the residue of my estate.
Seventh,  All the rest, residue and remainder of my
Estate, real and personal of which I shall die and

possessed and to which I shall be in any way en-
titled at the time of my decease, and over which
I now may then have any power of appointment
I give, devise and bequeath to said Francis C.
Welch, and to my son Nathan Hagar Daniels
and to the survivor then and his heirs and assigns
in trust, nevertheless, to and for the following
uses interests and purposes viz: to manage and
invest the same and to dispose of the net income
thereof as follows:
A: To pay all the expenses of taxes, insurance
and repairs and all other necessary charges and
expenses connected with the real and personal
property, the use of which is devised and bequeathed
to my said beloved wife by the third article of this
