       by its own limitation or otherwise the
Will   trustees or trustee for the time being shall
       have like authority to sell and convert unto
       money and Convey the Whole or any Portion
       of such trust estate whether real or personal
       Fifteenth: I hereby authorize and empower
       My executors, executor or the administrator
       of this will annexed at any time to sell at
       public or private sale any part or all of
       my estate real or personal and to execute
       and deliver proper and sufficient deeds and
       other instruments to convey and transfer
       the same, And I further Authorize and
       empower my said executors, executor or
       Administrator to adjust by arbitration or
       compromise any demands in favor of or
       against my said estate upon such

       decision shall be final, but I direct that
       My executors, executor or administrator
       shall not sell and convey my said real
       and personal property in Bedford, Massachusetts
       during the period my said wife has the use
       thereof without her written consent, nor
       shall my said executors, executor or ad-
       ministrator sell and convey my said real
       estate in Elkader during the period my
       said sisterinlaw has the use thereof without
       has the use thereof without her written Consent,
       Upon all sales by my executors and trustees the
       purchasers shall not be bound to see to the application
       of the purchase money.
       Sixteenth: The word "trustees" or "trustee" wherever
       used in this Will shall be construed and taken
       to mean the trustees or trustee for the time being.
