Will   and taken to mean child, children and issue
       by blood and not by adoption.
       Seventeenth: I appoint the said Francis C.
       Welch and my said son Nathan Hagar Daniels
       executors or executor of this My will and I request
       that they and each of them be severally exempt
       from giving any surety or securities on their
       or his official bonds both as executors hereof
       and as trustees under each of the funds herein
       created
       Eighteenth: Each of my executors and
       trustees shall be liable for his own recipts
       payments and wilful defaults.

       and for nothing else, and one shall not
       be liable for the other nor for errors of
       Judgment.
       Nineteenth: If my said son, Nathan Hagar
       Daniels, herein named as Executor and Trustee
       declines to accept or for any reason fails or
       refuses to act as such, it shall not deprive
       him of any legacy or devise herein or by any
       Codicil given to him or for his benefit
       Twentieth: The decision of my trustees as
       to any questions arising between Capital and
       income shall be final and binding on
       all persons then or thereafter interested
       The provisions herein made for my said wife
       are in lieu of all rights of Dower or other
       interest on my said estate

       to this my Will, written on twelve Pages
