To the Honorable the Judges of the Probate Court in
and for the County of Middlesex:
    Respectfully represents Francis C. Welch of Boston in
the County of Suffolk and Nathan H. Daniels of Bedford in the
County of Middlesex, aforesaid that Nathan H. Daniels who
last dwelt in said Bedford in said County of Middlesex
died on the seventh day of August in the year of our Lord
one thousand nine hundred and thirteen posessed of
goods and estate remaining to be administered
leaving a widow, whose name is Abbey J. Daniels and
his only heirs at Law and next of Kin, the persons whose names
residences and relationship to the deceased are as follows viz:

That said deceased left a Will, herewith presented; wherein
Your Petitioners are named executors, and wherein the
testator has requested that your petitioners be exempt from
giving a surety on their Bonds.
Wherefore your petitioners pray that said will may be proved
and allowed, and Letters testamentary issued to them
without giving a surety on their official bonds, and
certify that the statements therein contained are true to the best
of their knowledge and belief.

The undersigned being all persons interested in the estate
who are of full age and legal capacity, other than creditors
and the Guardians of persons interested therein hereby consent
that the above required petitioner be exempt from giving
any surety on Bond.
