        In court of County Judge Duval County State of Florida
        Estate of H. Amelia Bartleson, deceased
            By the County Judge of said County,
Order   The last Will and testament having been duly
        established by the sworn testimony of L.A. Carver
        one of the Subscribing and attesting witnesses thereto
        as being the true last Will and testament of the
        said H. Amelia Bartleson and no objection
        being made to the probate thereof, and it appearing
        to the County Judge of said County by due Proof
        that the said H. Amelia Bartleson died on the 18th
        day of July A.D. 1915.
            It is therefore ordered adjudged and decreed,
        that the said Last Will and Testament, bearing date June
        16th A.D. 1913 and by said L.A. Carver and
        W.D. Sheppard and C.W. Smith as subscribing Witnesses
        thereto be and the same is hereby admitted to Probate
        according to Law, as and for the true last Will and
        testament of said H. Amelia Bartleson, deceased, and
        that the Same with proof thereof, be duly recorded in
        Book of Wills.
        Given under my hand and Seal at Jacksonville
        in said County, this 22nd day of July A.D. 1915.
