         I, Jack Owens, of the above named County and State
=Will=   being of sound mind and memory, do hereby make,
         publish and declare this my Last Will and testament
         in the manner following: that is to say:
         I, give, bequeath and devise to my three daughters,
         Carrie Owens, Hester Owens and Hannah Mitchell,
         one acre each in the South half of the ten acre
         tract of land described as the East half of Lot ten,
         Township ten, South, Range nineteen, East, which said
         tract of land is known as being in Serenola Place,
         The division of said tract among my said three
         daughters so that they may each have one acre is
         to be made by my Executor hereinafter named.
             The remainder of the said tract of land above de-
         scribed, being six and one half acres, I give, bequeath
         and devise to Holly Jackson to be by him held
         in trust until my youngest son John Owens,
         arrives at the age of twenty one years, at which
         time the said tract of six and one half acres shall
         be equally divided, half and half, between my said
         son and the said Holly Jackson to be held by them
         in severalty in fee simple absolute. The division of
         the said six and one half acres between them, I
         hereby direct shall be made by said Holly Jackson.
         I nominate and appoint my friend Holly Jackson
         to be the executor of this my last will and testa-
         ment, reposing especial trust and confidence in him
         faithfully to carry out the terms of my said last
         Will and testament.
           In testimony Whereof, I hereunto affix my
         hand and set my seal in the presence of the
         witnesses hereafter signing their names hereto
         as witnesses, who I have requested to be witnesses
