George W. Sherman

         I, George W. Sherman of the Town of Trumbull,
         County of Fairfield, State of Connecticut, being of
=Will=   Sound disposing mind and memory, do make Publish
         and declare this instrument my last will and
         testament, in manner and form as follows
         to wit:
         First: I Order and direct that all my Just
         debts and funeral expenses be paid out of
         my personal estate as soon after my decease
         as can advantageously be done.
         Second: I give bequeath and devise to my wife
         Hattie E. Sherman all of my estate and property
         both real and personal of whatever kind, and where-
         ever located, to be hers absolutely, unconditionally
         and forever, intending hereby to bequeath to my
         said wife all of the property rights that I should
         be posessed of at the time of my decease.
         Third: I hereby constitute and appoint my wife
         the said Hattie E. Sherman, Executrix of this my
         last will and testament and I direct that no
         bond be required of her in the settlement of
         my estate.
         In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand
         and seal at Trumbull this 16th of July AD 1895.
