Order By the County Judge of Said County,
In the Matter of the Last Will and Testament
of Hannah W. Reed deceased Late of Alachua
County Florida,
The said Last Will and Testament
Having been duly established by the sworn
testimony of E.G. Baxter, a distinguished person
subscribing and attesting witness thereto as being
the true Last Will and testament of the said
Hannah W. Reed, and no objections being made
to the probate thereof: And it appearing to the
County Judge of said County by due proof
that the said Hannah W. Reed died on the 3rd
day of March A.D. 1916.
It is therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed that
the said Last Will and testament bearing date
Codicil July 3rd 1912, Will dated April 8th 1910,
and attested by H.A. Reynolds, Mary R. Reynolds Margaret
Sullivan as to the Codicil and Willis E. Sibley, Carl
M. Blair, Clara F. Dakin subscribing Witnesses thereto be
and the same is hereby admitted to probate accor-
ding to law, as and for the true Last Will and
testament of said Hannah W. Reed deceased, and
that the same with proof thereof, be duly Recorded
in the Book of Wills,
Given under my hand and seal at Gainesville
in said County, this 20th day of March A.D. 1916.
