Last Will and Testament of
Will H.F. Dutton November 17th 1915.
I Henry F. Dutton, a citizen and resident of
Gainesville Alachua County Florida.
Being of sound mind discretion and memory
and mindful of the uncertainty of life, do hereby
make this my last will and testament.
First - It is my will and desire, that my
Executrix and Executor, hereinafter named, shall
pay and discharge all my lawful debts and
obligations that may exist against me at my
decease.
Second - I give devise and bequeath to Mrs L.C.
Cobb, she having been a faithful attendant at my
house, for many years, the Sum of Two Thousand
Dollars ($2000.) - To, Jo Richardson, who has
been a faithful servant to me and to Mary
Walker, each Five Hundred Dollars, ($500.)
To J.D. Adamson, who has been of great assistance
to me in my business, I give One Thousand Dollars
($1000.) - all of which as named above I wish to be paid
in cash.
Third - I give devise and bequeath to my beloved
and affectionate wife, Kate C. Dutton, the house and
ground, situate at the corner of University Avenue
and Pleasant Streets in Gainesville, Alachua County
Florida, to be her sole property.
Fourth - I give devise and bequeath
to my beloved and affectionate wife Kate C.
Dutton and to my dutiful son Henry F.
Dutton Jr. all the residue of my estate and
property, real, personal and mixed of every
nature, and character, whatsoever and where-
ever situated of which I may die Seized
and posessed, or to which I may be entitled
