John A. Phillips

  Know all men by these presents, That I, John
A. Phillips, being of sound mind and memory
and of lawful age, do hereby make, publish and
declare this to be my last Will and Testament
hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
First: I direct that all my just debts and
funeral expenses be fully paid and satisfied
by my executrix hereinafter named.
Second: I give, devise and bequeath to my
beloved wife, Rose V. Phillips all the rest
residue and remainder of my property, both
real and personal to have and to hold the
same to her and to her heirs and assigns
forever.
Third: I hereby nominate my beloved wife
Rose V. Phillips, Executrix of this my Last Will
and Testament, and direct that she be not
required to give Bond with security for the
performance of her duties as such.
In Testimony Whereof, I have hereunto set my
hand and seal this 19th day of December AD

Signed, sealed, published and declared by the
said John A. Phillips, as and for his last Will
and Testament in our presence and we at his
request and in his presence have signed our
names as witnesses hereto.
