which said instrument in writing and petition
were deposited and filed in this Court on the
27th day of February AD 1915, and the said
instrument in writing being before the Court
here now came Edwin Winter and C.H. Jones
the subscribing witnesses thereto.
  Rose V. Phillips, Geo A. Phillips, Roy B. Phillips
and Frank A. Phillips, only heirs at law and
legatees of the said decedent file their written
entry of appearance, waiver of notice and
petition in words and figures as follows:

State of Illinois } SS    In Probate Court of
Vermillion County }         Said County.
In the matter of the Last Will and Testament of
John A. Phillips, deceased.
    To the Hon W.J. Bookwalter, Judge of Said Court:
        The undersigned petitioners respectfully
represent unto Your Honor that they are the
only heirs at Law and only legatees of John
A. Phillips who departed this life at Danville
in said County, on the 23rd day of February
AD 1915 leaving an instrument in writing
purporting to be his last will and testament
which was deposited in said Court on the 27th
day of February AD 1915, and that said John A.
Phillips was a resident of said Vermillion
County, at the time of his death, and these
petitioners further represent that on the 27th day
of February AD 1915 Rose V. Phillips filed in
said Court her petition verified by her affidavit
praying that the Instrument in writing may
be admitted to probate.
  These petitioners and each of them, all of whom are
adults hereby enter their appearance in Said Court in
