time of signing the same, and that they then and
there at the request of said testator and in his
presence attested and signed the said Instrument in
Writing as attesting witnesses thereto. The Court
therefore finds and adjudges the the Instrument in
writing purporting to be the last Will and testa-
ment of the said John A. Phillips is the last
will and testament of said John A. Phillips
deceased and orders that the same be recorded
as such.
  Said testator in and by his last Will nom-
inates Rose V. Phillips as the Executrix thereof
and directs that she be not required to give
Bond as such.
  It is therefore ordered by the Court that said
Rose V. Phillips be and she is appointed Executrix
of the said will and that Letters Testamentary be
issued to her upon said Will, and upon her
filing oath in the form, and that she be not
required to give bond.
  It is further ordered by the Court that said
Oath and Letters be recorded
State of Illinois } SS
Vermillion County }      I, Harry L. Freeman, Clerk of the
Probate Court in and for said County in the State
aforesaid, and Keeper of the records and seal thereof and
Custodian of the records and files of the County Court of
said County, on the Probate thereof, do hereby certify the
foregoing to be a true, perfect and complete copy of
the Last Will and Testament of John A. Phillips, deceased,
also a copy of the Order of the Court, admitting said
Will to Probate as the same appears from the Records
and files in my office.
In testimony whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the Seal
of said Court, at my office in Danville, this 12th day of April AD 1916
