Probate                 By the County Judge of Said County
  &               The said last Will and testament having been
Record            duly established by the sworn testimony of T.F.
===========       Davis subscribing and attesting witnesses thereto
                  as being the true Last Will and Testament of the
                  said Harrison Lynch and no objection being
                  made to the probate thereof, and it appearing to
                  the County Judge of said County by due proof
                  that the said Harrison Lynch did on the 16th
                  day of May A.D. 1916.
                    It is therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed
                  that the said Last Will and testament, bearing
                  date May 16 April 11th A.D. 1916, and attested by T.F. Davis
                  as subscribing witnesses thereto be and the same is
                  hereby admitted to probate according to Law, as and
                  for the true Last Will and testimony of said Harrison
                  Lynch, deceased, and that the same, with proof thereof
                  be duly recorded in the Book of Wills
                  Given under my hand and seal of Gainesville
                  in said County this 22 day of May A.D. 1916.
