party      of the first part, and       C.P. CROWN and wife,       LUCILE S. CROWN,
              an estate by the entireties
of the County of      Alachua                  , in the State of   Florida                       .
parties    of the scond part,  

   Witnesseth: That the said party       of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum
of  Ten dollars and other valuable considerations --------------- Dollars,
to  her   in hand paid by the said parties    of the second part, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, she has granted, bargained and sold to the said parties    of the
second part,   their   heirs and assigns forever, the following described land, situate, lying
and being in the County of       Alachua                     ,State of Florida
to-wit:


                        Southeast quarter of the Southeast
                        quarter (SE 1/4 of SE 1/4) of Section 23,
                        Township 9 South, Range 19 East,
                        containing forty (40) acres, more
                        or less. 

                 This Deed is given for the purpose of more specifically
           describing the property and estated conveyed by the grantor,
           to grantee.











And the said party   of the first part does     hereby fully warrant the title to said land,
and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
