parties of the first part, and

of the County of  Alachua    in the State of    Florida
party   of the second part,

   Witnesseth, that the said parties of the first part, for and in consideration
of the sum of Ten dollars and other valuable considerations  Dollars,
to them   in hand paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged,  have   granted, bargained and sold to the
said party  of the second part,   his        heirs and assigns
forever, the following described land, situate, lying and being in the County of
        Alachua        , State of Florida, to wit:


     The South Half of the North Half of the Northeast Quarter,
     the South Half of the of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest
     Quarter, the South Half of the Northeast Quarter and the
     Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section
     Fourteen, Township Ten South, Range Eighteen East.
