     On this the  13  day of April, A. D. 1948 before me, the undersigned
authority, personally appeared J.S. RICKARDS and NORINE RICKARDS, his wife,
to me well known to be the persons described in and who executed the forgoing
instrument and they acknowledged the execution thereof to be their free act
and deed and for the uses and purposes therein mentioned: and the said NORINE
RICKARDS, wife of the said J.S. RICKARDS, on an examiniation taken and had
separate and apart from her said husband did acknowledge that she signed said
instrument freely and voluntarily and without any compulsion, constraint
apprehension, or fear of or from her said husband.
