Between Earl W. Albright, an unmarried man,
of the County of Cook , in the State of Illinois , party
of the first part, and George Thomas and his wife Dorris Thomas
of the County of Alachua , in the State of Florida , parties
of the second part, Witnesseth, That the said party of the first part, for and in considera-
tion of the sum of Ten Dollars and other valuable considerations Dollars
to him in hand paid by the said parties of the second part, the receipt whereof is here-
by acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold to the said parties of the second
part, and their heirs and assigns, forever, the following described land, situate, lying and being
in the County of Alachua ,State of Florida , and more par-
ticularly described as follows:
The South Quarter (S 1/4) of Lot Four (4) of Section Six (6)
Township Eight (8) South, Range Twenty (20) East. Containing
Twenty (20) acres more or less.
